These Terms govern your use of the Playball mobile application operated by MB "My Padel".

1. Platform Role

Playball acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting players with arena owners and coaches.

MB "My Padel" does not provide sports facilities, coaching services, or payment services.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Separate accounts may exist for players, arena owners and coaches.

Minors may use the Playball platform with parental or legal guardian consent.

3. Bookings

Bookings are made through the Playball platform but fulfilled by arenas.

Cancellation terms are determined solely by the arena.

4. Payments

Payments are processed outside the Playball platform directly by arenas.

MB "My Padel" is not responsible for payment processing, refunds or transaction disputes.

5. Communication

Users may communicate through in-app chat.

Illegal, abusive or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Respect other users

• Follow arena and coach rules

• Use the platform lawfully

7. Liability

MB "My Padel" and the Playball platform are not responsible for:

• Quality of arena or coaching services

• Cancellations or scheduling disputes

• Injuries, damages or losses

• Payment-related issues

The platform provides informational and booking intermediation services only.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union legislation.
